Our Facility Is Operated In Accordance
With
The Indiana Self-Storage Facility Act.
Terms: All
agreements shall commence on the date set forth on a
signed contractual agreement and continue on a period
to period basis as noted further on Brownsburg Crossing
Self-Storage agreement form, however, that the term
of this agreement shall be automatically extended on
the same terms and conditions for similar succeeding
periods at the stated rent unless and until RENTER has
removed his property from the premises and has given
written notice thereof to the owner at least ten (10)
days in advance of vacating date. OWNER may terminate
this agreement with or without cause as of the end of
any storage term, and owner may terminate this agreement
for reasonable cause at any time by giving RENTER written
notice thereof at least 24 hours prior to the termination
date and upon refunding any unearned rental.
Late Fees: Our
renters have full access to the facility (24) hours/(7)
days a week, though, after five days unpaid rent, renter
will automatically be locked out of facility until payment
and any late fees are received and paid in full. Brownsburg
Crossing Self-Storage assess a $10.00 late fee on the
10th day on all unpaid rent.
